I was curious if any of you photographers/models ever had the person you planned to work with, completely change the theme of the shoot at the last minute? A model told me once, she showed up to a shoot, and the photographer told her he wanted to change the concept to lingerie. She said nope and left. I once was planning a shoot with a model, maybe a couple weeks' worth of back and forth. The day of the shoot, she showed up and said she didn't have the clothes for the look I was going for, but had a different idea and brought other things.
