Does anybody know where I could obtain an independent report on a video camera no longer working properly and any idea of the cost involved?
To save the obvious questions, it has stopped recording in 4K and 1080p but will record in 720, the firmware is up to date and I have tried to install it again and I have tried different batteries and with it on mains
