It's now a while than I am on AF! I really like to use this way to exchange and meet models. The fact that the styles agreed are clearly mentioned is helping a lot, in comparison to many other sites. It's really easy to use! The shared folders are also a good tool to exchange some images when discussing a shoot.

Great site! Every time I've needed help with anything I've got a quick response including when I had problems with my cover pic which they resolved and added a note on site to remove the ambiguity that caused my problem
