An average photographer looking for a great photographer / videographer in Kent

Hi all, 

I hope this is correct place to post here - I have been doing a few shoots and enjoy it - but by my own admission am not a great photographer. I use an iphone (ok you can all laugh) but it serves my purpose as I am not looking to be the next David Bailey. I enjoy more being in front of the camera with a model so am looking to pay a photographer to come along to some of the shoots and film / photo things under my direction. And I would still want them to use an iphone so I can easily edit things. I am sure I will get slated for this post - but anyone interested please drop me a pm. I shoot mainly in the North Kent / Maidstone area in hotels, and the ideal person would be someone that also is happy to help perform on occassions. And note this is all paid work.
