Just looking at some of the guidelines for image uploads to the site and would suggest 1 or 2 might not be adhering entirely :)

The photo must represent the person within it professionally ... Not sure exactly what this one means?
No editing/cropping techniques designed to deliberately hide the models identity . I think I may be in breach of this one too.
