Just uploaded a little blooper video was only a bit of fun blooper vid 15 seconds long but it was rejected as too short as the minimum is 30 seconds but it seems you can appeal and have a different set of screeners look at it which I initially did but then decided to just reupload the vid you should now be seeing.
Now my point is rules being rules I decided to look at the latest uploads on the videos and found at least 14 videos whose length fell foul of this rule but had apparently been allowed, some were as short as 12/13 seconds why?
If the rule is 30 seconds then that should mean every video under that length should not be allowed and it should not be at the whim of which particular screener you get and whether they like it or not
