Viewing References

I wonder if anyone can help with viewing references, please? It looks as if there's been a change to the site's formatting and I can't access references which are over a month old. Previously, you pressed the View All References button on the profile page and were presented with all references in date order for you to scroll through. Today when I did that, I was presented with one page showing four (of thirteen) references. There's a bar across the upper part of the page showing a breakdown of references (Positive, Neutral, Negative) for each month but - so far as I can see - no means of actually seeing those references or who left them. Does anyone know how to see previous months' references?

Edited to add that I've just looked at the references page on my own profile and, while I've got the same breakdown bar across the top of the page, every reference going back to the beginning is displayed on the page. I don't know if it's just because it's my page or whether there's some other reason. Anybody able to suggest why before I raise a support ticket?

Edited again to say problem over (rather than solved). I've just refreshed the page - again - and it's now loaded all of the references going back to start. I don't know why it balked the first few times but it looks like the problem's solved now.
