As an amateur photographer, when I see an image of a model I'd like to photograph, I ask myself a couple of questions.
1) Is a shoot practical? or do they live 400 miles away.
2) As I won't ask someone to work for free, and as I don't think my work is suitable for content share. How much do they charge?
My questions to the models here who don't publish rates. Is the bargaining power they get, worth the constant enquires about rates they must get that lead to nothing? Do they regard these enquiries as time wasting?
To models who do publish rates. Does it mean that in general most of the enquires they get are genuine and produce more work?
Or is it far more complex than that?
