Sorry to start another " should we be booking shoots in lockdown thread"..
When legally are amateur/ hobbiest photographers allowed to travel 20 miles and do a shoot with which I presume an amateur non declaring tax model..
Who does it for a bit of pocket money? It would be at her home indoors?
Also if they were declaring tax would that make any difference?
