I was recently asked to advance a model her travel costs and wonder how other photographer and models feel about this.
I have done this in the past but was finding I got lots of excuses and requests for extra money.
some of the excuses I have had are as follows
The money arrived in my bank but a direct debit took all the money can you send it again?
I have to come in a taxi send me another £50.
I used to do it it’s just a few people have messed me about and not turned up.
I still do it for models I know and trust or they have feedback
Would you advance a payment to a model
